PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-floor type building method for constructing a sill by elevating a foundation column embedded in a concrete foundation above the ground level so as to utilize the space between the building and the ground while in an existing building method the building is constructed directly on the concrete foundation and a ground pile. SOLUTION: The high-floor type building method for elevating the building has a countermeasures for earthquake, wind, snow accumulation or the like in such a way that the foundation concrete whose base is a footing shape is embedded and the foundation column integrated with the foundation is elevated while bonding and fixing the sill with connecting member, so as to assure the strength required for the building.
