PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber mat for a concrete structure on which an anchor member can be installed simply for a short period of time and capable of preventing it from becoming an obstacle and facilitating its handling during transportation. SOLUTION: An anchor member storage part 15 capable of storing the anchor member 12 (13, 14) is formed in the rubber mat 10, and the rubber mat 10 is mounted to connect and fix with/on the concrete structure by storing the anchor member 12 in the anchor member storage part 15 and protruding the anchor member 12 from it. Consequently, since the anchor member 12 is stored in the anchor member storage part 15 during transportation and storage time, a surface of the rubber mat 10 is made flat, and the anchor member 12 is operated to protrude from the anchor member storage part 15 when letting it function as an anchor so that the construction becomes simple and can be executed in a short period of time.
