PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground excavating, mixing, and stirring device having excavating blades of a sweepback blade shape and increased in strength without largely increasing the excavating resistance and the weight. SOLUTION: This ground excavating, mixing, and stirring device 101 has the excavating blades 11 projecting to the side in two directions opposite to each other. The excavating blades 11 are formed in a sweepback blade shape. The ends 11a of the excavating blades 11 and an excavating shaft 1 are connected to each other through a connection member 21 while holding an opening K between the upper sides of the excavating blades 11 and the lower side of the connection member.
