PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe which can inhibit water from leaking into water, while securing the protrusion width of a balcony. SOLUTION: This drain pipe 4 is provided in the wall of the balcony, so as to discharge the water in the balcony to the outside of the balcony. The drain pipe 4 comprises a first pipe portion 20a which is provided on the balcony side in the wall, and a second pipe portion 20b which communicates with the first pipe portion 20a and which is elongated to the outside of the balcony from the inside of the wall.
