PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head in which a deformation element for controlling an ejecting direction of ink can be readily disposed. SOLUTION: This inkjet head includes a piezoelectric substrate 31, a nozzle plate 10 and the deformation element 22. A plurality of channel grooves 32 which are partitioned by channel walls 33 and arranged in parallel to each other are formed on the piezoelectric substrate 31. The nozzle plate 10 has a plurality of nozzle holes 11 corresponding to the channel grooves 32 and is bonded to the front face of the piezoelectric substrate 31. The deformation element 22 is disposed between the piezoelectric substrate 31 and the nozzle plate 10 and is adapted to deform at least a part of the periphery of the nozzle hole 11 on the nozzle plate 10 in the thickness direction.
