PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental adhesive composition that satisfies three of high bond strength, fracture energy (toughness) and a long operation time. SOLUTION: The dental adhesive resin cement comprises (A) 100 parts by mass of a (meth)acrylate-based polymerizable monomer, (B) 40-200 parts by mass of a polymethyl methacrylate powder mixture composed of (b1) 35-92 mass% of a substantially noncrosslinked polymethyl methacrylate powder having a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000-1,200,000 and a specific surface area of 0.1-0.6 (m<SP>2</SP>/g), (b2) 4-45 mass% of a substantially noncrosslinked polymethyl methacrylate powder having a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000-600,000 and a specific surface area of 0.7-5 (m<SP>2</SP>/g) and (b3) 4-25 mass% of a substantially noncrosslinked polymethyl methacrylate powder having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-80,000 and (C) an effective amount of a polymerization initiator and is separately packed at least in a liquid material containing the component (A) and a powder material containing the component (B).
