PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable checking that components of a connection unit are provided in a housing case and the connection portion between the components. SOLUTION: Windows 64a, 64b for checking connection between power feed side connecting plates 54a, 54b and choke coils 58a, 58b, a choke coil checking windows 65a, 65b and a varistor checking window 66 are each formed on the bottom surface of the housing case 51. Also, windows for checking connection between the brush side connecting plates 53a, 53b and the choke coils 58a, 58b, and windows for checking connection between the power feed side connecting plates 54a, 54b and a bidirectional varistor are each formed on the side surface of a lid 61 to be put on the housing case 51. With this configuration, a user can check whether the choke coils 58a, 58b of a noise preventing means and the bidirectional varistor as the components of the connection unit 52 are provided on the housing case 51.
