PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic that can effectively give a springy feeling to the skin and improve a feeling of application of makeup and also has excellent temporal stability.SOLUTION: A skin cosmetic comprises (a) 0.0001-5 mass% of 1-acyl-2,3-cyclic phosphatidic acid represented by the formula [I] or a salt thereof, and (b) 0.1-15 mass% of polyoxyethylene methyl glucoside in which an average addition molar number of ethylene oxide is 15-25 (in the formula, R is a C10-C22 acyl group).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
