PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce noise generated during operating a washing machine with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A washing machine (11) in which a water receiving tub (17) including a rotary drum (15) rotatably driven by a motor (53) is elastically supported by being hung inside a housing (13) with the use of a coil spring (67), comprises an oscillation damping member (85) made of an elastic body in a sandwiched manner in a space between an attached part (73) of a spring attachment part (65) which is attached to the housing (13) and on which one end of the coil spring (67) is hung, and a side wall part (27b) of the housing (13) facing the attached part (73).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
