PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket for a vibration-proof device having a simple structure including few number of component elements and provide a vibration-proof device.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a bracket 1A for use in holding a vibration-proof device main body 10 including an elastic member 13 connecting an outer fixing member 11 with an inner fixing member. The bracket 1A comprises a first bracket member 2 formed by bending a sheet of metallic plate and having protruding recess portions 2b formed with a recess surface 2c holding a held part 11a of the outer fixing member 11; and a second bracket member 3 formed by bending a sheet of metallic plate and including a fixed part 3a fixed to one of a vibration generating part and a vibration receiving part and a pair of legs 3B, 3B having respectively a recess part 3c raised up from both end portions of the fixed part 3a so as to hold the protruding recess portions 2b of the first bracket member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
