Provided is a high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) surgical operation apparatus having a backup function for automatically recovering data when a data error occurs in a cartridge. According to the feature of the present invention, the apparatus includes: a cartridge (110); a hand piece (120); and a control module (130). The cartridge (110) is equipped therein with an ultrasound module (113) for radiating HIFU according to an applied ultrasound driving signal, and a memory part (180) prepared therein with a data storage space to store cartridge characteristic data, wherein the cartridge characteristic data includes a cartridge specification, the available number of times for ultrasound radiation, and the total number of times for the ultrasound radiation, in addition, the data storage space is divided into a source region and a backup region to separately store identical cartridge characteristic data. The hand piece (120) is mounted at one side thereof with the cartridge. The control module (130) is signal-connected with the cartridge (110) through the hand piece (120) and inspects a data error of the cartridge characteristic data stored in the source region. When determined as a normal state, the control module (130) performs a driving operation for controlling the ultrasound driving signal, corresponding to a cartridge specification which is read, to be applied to the ultrasound module (113) to update and store the total number of ultrasound oscillations by counting the number of ultrasound radiation. When determined as an error, the control module (130) backs up the cartridge characteristic data stored in the backup region to the source region and performs the driving operation according to the backup data. |
