A device for cutting an affected area according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pulverizing unit inserted in a human body, cutting and pulverizing an extraction object by using rotation power, transferring a pulverized material pulverized from the extraction object to the outside of the human body, and discharging the transferred pulverized material to the outside by hitting the pulverized material in a predetermined position; a body unit coupled with the pulverizing unit, disposed in the outside of the human body, storing the pulverized material discharged from the pulverizing unit, and capable of being gripped by a user; and a driving unit disposed in the body unit, connected with the pulverizing unit, and selectively transferring rotation power to the pulverizing unit. According to the present invention, even when an extraction object is extracted, surrounding organs can be prevented from being damaged by being interfered by a pulverizing screw, and extraction and discharge are simultaneously performed, so an operation process for removing an extraction object can be simplified. Furthermore, only an extraction object part is correctly extracted from human body tissue, so influences applied to surrounding organs are minimized and a pulverized material can be actively discharged. Also, a pulverized material can be prevented from being leaked to the outside while an extraction object is extracted. |
