摘要 The present invention relates to a device and a method for recognizing a location of an underwater working robot. The device for recognizing a location of an underwater working robot comprises: a depth sensing unit which measures a depth of an underwater working robot; a travel distance measuring unit which measures a travel distance of the underwater working robot from a hull surface of a ship; and a location recognition unit which recognizes a location of the underwater working robot from the hull surface by a variation of a depth of the underwater working robot and a travel distance.
