The invention relates to computer engineering, in particular to input sequence generator for testing digital devices, and can be used in engineering technologies. A generator of n-bit code sequences due to introduction of modulo n-1 counter, decoder and n multiplexors provides generation of binary pattern sequence with d-edges at each output of the device with complete enumeration of all binary patterns at other outputs of the device. This enhances functional capabilities while testing digital circuits.
