Disclosed are a method and a system for the accurate and automatic deletion of the tooth. The method for the accurate and automatic deletion of the tooth comprises the following steps of: generating 3D oral image information of a patient; generating a fixing device for fixing the oral cavity of the patient when performing the tooth deletion operation with respect to the patient on the basis of the 3D oral image information; and performing the tooth deletion operation with respect to the target tooth to be deleted by moving a hand piece to the target tooth to be deleted of the patient on the basis of the 3D oral image information. |
