The present invention relates to a green photosensitive resin composition, and a liquid crystal display device comprising a color filter prepared therefrom, and more specifically, to a green photosensitive resin composition, and a liquid crystal display device comprising a color filter prepared therefrom, wherein the green photosensitive resin composition comprises: a colorant including C.I. Pigment Blue 16, C.I. Pigment Yellow 129, and one type of green pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Green 7, C.I. Pigment Green 58, and combinations thereof; an alkali-soluble resin; a photopolymerizable compound; a photopolymerization initiator; and a solvent. A color filter comprising the above composition realizes superior tinting power and wider color reproduction range compared to the prior art, and mitigates the lowering of brightness in the wide color reproduction range. By applying the color filter to liquid crystal display devices, superior color characteristics, and thus a high-class vivid display quality, may be obtained. |
