INTEGRATED TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING CCTV

The present invention proposes an integrated traffic management system which determines whether a vehicle detector is repaired or not by using a CCTV, and determines whether the vehicle detector is operating normally by using a power supply device having an overload protection function. The system according to the present invention comprises: a first normal operation determining unit which determines whether a vehicle detector normally operates; a failure notifying unit which notifies a failure of the vehicle detector to a manager terminal of a manager who manages the vehicle detector when it is determined that the vehicle detector does not normally operate; a repair state determining unit which determines whether the vehicle detector is repaired; a vehicle detector checking unit which checks whether the vehicle detector normally operates by using a power supply device having an overload protection function when it is determined that the vehicle detector is repaired; a check result notifying unit which notifies repair completion of the vehicle detector to the manager terminal when it is determined that the vehicle detector normally operates; and a display unit which outputs at least one of the failure of the vehicle detector, the repair completion of the vehicle detector and repair incompletion of the vehicle detector as a result of determining that the vehicle detector normally operates.
