PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve display quality by reducing erroneous operation of a circuit.SOLUTION: In a drive circuit formed from a plurality of pulse output circuits having first to third transistors and first to fourth signal lines, a first clock signal is supplied to the first signal line, a preceding-stage signal is supplied to the second signal line, a second clock signal is supplied to the third signal line, and an output signal is supplied from the fourth signal line. Duty ratio of the first clock signal is different from that of the second clock signal. A period taken for the second clock signal to switch from an L signal to an H signal after the first clock signal having switched from the H signal to the L signal is made longer than a period taken for the preceding-stage signal to switch from the L signal to the H signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
