PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit capable of controlling operations of internal circuits at a desired rising and / or falling of an external control signal. SOLUTION: The signal processing circuit includes: the internal circuits (11, 12) whose operations are controlled in response to the control signal; and a control circuit (13) that generates a plurality of reference voltages (Vr1, Vr2) with different rising and / or falling characteristics in response to the control signal, and switches a plurality of the reference voltages (Vr1, Vr2) in a desired timing to shape the rising and / or falling of the control signal into the desired rising and / or falling thereby controlling the operations of the internal circuits (11, 12).
