PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve variation in thickness with a printing pattern to be printed by a screen printing method to obtain a stable printing film thickness. SOLUTION: A screen printing plate 1 has a pattern film 4, which prevents a printing paste from passing a screen mesh, leaving a desired pattern shape 3 allowing the printing paste to pass, formed on a screen mesh 2. Coating films 5, 6 having releasing properties to the printing paste are formed each on the pattern film 4 and the exposed area of the screen mesh 2. The coating films 5, 6 are materials to lower the surface tension relative to the screen mesh 2 and the printing paste in the resist film. When the printing paste is transferred by screen printing, the friction coefficient between the coating films and the printing paste is decreased to improve the releasing properties to perform favorable transfer.
