A road paving machine(3) equipped with a water jet(21) comprises a flattening roller(32) and a main body. The flattening roller flattens concrete applied on a flattened road or LMC concrete. The main body supports the flattening roller pivotably. The water jet sprays water onto a surface of the road flattened by the flattening roller. The road paving machine further comprises a balancing steel plate(43) and a balancing steel plate fixing frame. The balancing steel plate makes the flattened road surface balanced. The balancing steel plate supports the balancing steel plate to the main body.
