PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording medium with few curling which excels in both adhesiveness and portability, as well as image storing properties such as moisture resistance, light resistance, etc. in halftone while maintaining higher density and higher gradation.SOLUTION: A thermal recording medium includes a support and a thermal recording layer on the support, wherein the thermal recording layer contains carboxy denatured methyl methacrylate-butadiene copolymer as a developer, a color former and also a binder. A content rate of a gel of the carboxy denatured methyl methacrylate-butadiene copolymer is desirable to be 70% or more. |
