PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly control shearing force acting on a plurality of fluids by a fluid mixing apparatus that mixing the plurality of fluids while making the shearing force act on the plurality of fluids.SOLUTION: A fluid mixing apparatus 100 includes a first mixing element 20 having a rugged surface, a second mixing element 30 which is a second mixing element 30 having a rugged surface and being arranged so that the rugged surface of the first mixing element 20 and the rugged surface of the second mixing element 30 may face each other, and a shaft 40 and an actuator 50 as a flow passage shape changing mechanism which changes the shape of a flow passage formed between the first mixing element 20 and the second mixing element 30. |
