The generator has a stator core, which is arranged radially within a flywheel (3) such that the outer peripheral surface of the core overlies the permanent magnets. A generator coil (13) is formed by winding the stator core with a conductor. A magnetic electrical generator generates electrical power by the electromagnetic induction between the magnets and the coil based on the rotation of flywheel. Molded sections are formed at the base section of the flywheel to increase the roundness of the flywheel.
