A compensation film for an LED(Liquid Crystal Display) device, a manufacturing method thereof, and the LED device with the same are provided to form an orientated support layer on a base film and form a refractive substance layer on the support layer, thereby providing more stable image information by controlling a delay value of the refractive substance layer by the orientation of the support layer. A compensation film(210) for an LED(Liquid Crystal Display) device(220) comprises the followings: a base film; a support layer which is formed on the base film and is orientated; and a refractive substance layer which is formed on the support layer. The support layer is formed by a substance including a diamine radical. The refractive substance layer is formed by liquid crystal. A method for manufacturing the compensation film comprises the following steps of: forming the support layer which has been oriented on the base film; and coating the refractive substance such as liquid crystal on the support layer.
