AUTOMATIC EMPLOYEE WELFARE GUIDING SERVICE SYSTEM BASED ON ON-LINE EMPLOYEE WELFARE NEEDS SURVEY AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

A system for automatically guiding welfare according to an online employee welfare need survey and an operation method thereof are provided to guide welfare items preferred by employees of a group similar to a user in the same company based on an online welfare survey result performed to the employees and help the user select the welfare items. An operation environment controlling module(4) enables a manager(20) to control an operation environment of a customized welfare system. A personnel/organization information managing module(5) enables the manager to manage personnel/organization information of the employees(21). A point managing module(6) enables the manager to set a welfare point distribution rule and process welfare point distribution. A welfare item managing module(7) enables the manager to manage welfare item categories and process welfare item registration. A welfare need survey module(8) enables the manager to form a questionnaire for the welfare need survey and perform the online welfare survey. A welfare need survey database(11) stores a result of the welfare need survey. A shopping mall system(2) enables the employee to check and use the assigned welfare points to buy various goods.
