A preparation method of a buddhist monk robe is provided to unify the method in an easy manner so that even ordinary people can understand more about a religious order and buddhism doctrines symbolically decorated on the robe. A preparation method of a buddhist monk robe comprises the steps of: copying after a pattern to make central part, left and right widths, knot buttons, and knot button rings; arranging a cloth for the patterned parts and ironing; sewing the cut clothes together; and arranging a symbolic pattern or mark(Samboryun which is composed of three points in one circle) representing buddhism doctrines or a religious order at predetermined positions. The center of the samboryun mark is placed on a horizontal line by backstitching. |
