<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure the photographing position and posture of a photographing device or coordinates of an object from photographic images changing in time series and to achieve super resolution processing at a high speed with a small memory capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A series of photographic images photographed in time series are acquired, and feature points are extracted from the photographic images, and feature points are traced and are associated with each other, and an original image group being an image group for super resolution processing is selected from a series of associated photographic images so that moving distances of feature points on a screen may be approximately equal between adjacent images, and main feature points as feature points for super resolution processing are extracted from associated feature points in the original image group, and partial images are set in small areas around the main feature points, and the partial images are subjected to super resolution processing to form partial super resolution images, and a stereo image is selected from photographic image groups wherein partial super resolution images are formed, and orientation and three-dimensional measurement are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
