<p>An information storage element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form information by a changeable ratio of carbon bonded in hexagonal shape to carbon bonded in tetrahedral shape. An information storage element includes a reading/writing circuit and a memory matrix, referred to a memory array, having plural memory cells(201). The memory cells are disposed in plural rows and columns. The reading/writing circuit controls reading of data stored in the memory cells, and controls writing of the data in the memory cells. The information storage element further includes external interfaces for transmitting control data. The reading/writing circuit is connected to the memory matrix, and is connected to the memory cells via bit lines(202) and word lines(203).</p> |
