PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cermet laminate capable of directly forming a cermet layer composed of a cermet material containing a metal and metal oxide and having excellent planarity on a base material. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the cermet laminate having the cermet layer composed of the cermet material containing the metal and the metal oxide formed on the base material comprises: a metal oxide film forming step of forming a metal oxide film included with two or more metal oxides containing metal elements varying from each other on the base material; and a reducing step of reducing at least one metal oxide among the two or more included in the metal oxide film thereby forming the cermet state containing at least one metal and at least one metal oxide.
