DRUM-TYPE WASHING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum-type washing machine which does not occupy a large space. SOLUTION: The drum-type washing machine comprises: a freely rotatable washing drum which has a horizontal rotation axis line; an outer tank for placing the washing drum inside and storing washing water; an outer frame case body for placing the outer tank inside; and a vibration isolation supporting means for supporting the outer tank to isolate vibration from it inside the outer frame case body. The outer frame case body has the case body main body part and a base part for supporting the case body main body part so as to mount it. Widths of a frontage and a depth of the base part are smaller than those of the outer frame case body and in the case body main body part, lower side surface is in an arch shape in the lengthwise direction.
