PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of protecting an occupant on a back seat with a simple composition in front collision of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 1 is provided with a seat cushion 10, a seat back 20 standing up to the seat cushion 10, and a headrest 30 arranged via a pole member 31 extending from an upper end part of the seat back 20. The headrest 30 comprises a headrest body part 35 connected to the pole member 31 and an occupant protection part (rear side extending part) 37 extending downward from the headrest body part 35 so as to cover the rear part of the pole member 31.
