PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer implement which enables steady performing of a transfer operation during using this implement, and effective checking of a transfer failure due to a one side uplift of a transfer tape. SOLUTION: A head member 9 with a transfer head 14 arranged at the forward edge 9a, is fitted to the forward edge opening 7 of a case body 1 in the way the transfer head 14 may operate vertically, and is interlocked with the rotary operation of an operating member 17 axially supported on the forward upper surface of the case body 1 so that the operating member 17 is rotatable around the axis in the right/left direction during using the head member 9. As a result, the transfer head 14 can change from an uplift position to the surface P to which the coating film is transferred, to a position where the transfer head 14 can come into contact with the surface P. Thus it is possible to make the coating film of the transfer tape 2 transferable to the surface P. Besides, during not using the head member 9, the head member 17 is restored so as to allow the transfer head 14 to be separated from the surface P to assume the uplift position by setting free the operation of the operating member 17.
