PURPOSE: A fuel cell system is provided to improve durability and stability of the fuel cell system by blocking moisture discharged from a membrane of a fuel cell stack not to affect on other electronics. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell stack which generates electricity getting supply of a fuel gas and an oxidization gas; a protection case (100) which forms a sealed space which accommodates the fuel cell stack; and a dehumidifier (200) which removes moisture absorbing gas inside the protection case being installed to connect with the inside of the protection case and which sends the moistures back to the protection case.
