PURPOSE: An integrated dielectric filter and a communication relay device using the same are provided to obtain high attenuation in a high frequency band and a low frequency band by integrating a band stop filter for attenuating the high frequency and the band stop filter for attenuating the low frequency. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric block(300) is made of ceramic dielectric. An outer electrode(310) is coated on an outer surface except for an upper surface of the dielectric block. A plurality of resonant holes(321,322) pass through the dielectric block. An internal electrode(331,332) are formed on an inner wall of each resonant hole. A plurality of capacitance patterns(341,342) are formed on an upper surface of the dielectric block. A coupling pattern(350) is formed between the plurality of capacitance patterns. An input and output electrode(360) inputs and outputs a signal.
