The present invention relates to a dispenser which can be used upside down. The dispenser includes: a jet orifice; a nozzle which has an end joined to the jet orifice, moves down while being attached onto the upper surface of a container, rotates with a spring at the starting point of side surfaces of the container to be led to the lower side, and makes a turning radius tapered towards the lower side; and a weight attached onto an end of the nozzle.
