A shift register and a drive method therefor, a shift scanning circuit and a display device. The shift register comprises: an input switch unit, an inverse-phase unit, an output switch unit and a first node voltage maintenance unit, wherein an output end (O) of the input switch unit is connected to a first node (N1); a voltage regulator end of the first node voltage maintenance unit is connected to the first node (N1), and the first node voltage maintenance unit is suitable for recording the level of the first node (N1) when the input switch unit is switched on and maintaining an input end (I) of the inverse-phase unit at the recorded level when the input switch unit is switched off; n output end (O) of the inverse-phase unit is connected to a second node (N2); and a control end (CON) of the output switch unit is connected to the second node (N2). The shift register provided in the solution can employ a PMOS structure to shift a positive logical scanning signal and to output the positive logical scanning signal, so that the PMOS structure can be used for performing scanning drive on an LTPS AMOLED. |
