A display panel and a method for repairing same. The display panel comprises a pixel array substrate, a signal processor (301) and a touch sensing layer (102). The touch sensing layer (102) is arranged in the pixel array substrate, is connected to the signal processor (301), and comprises a sensing electrode layer (1023) and a lead wire layer. The sensing electrode layer (1023) comprises a sensing electrode array (303), the sensing electrode array (303) comprises at least two sensing electrodes (3031), and the at least two sensing electrodes (3031) are arranged in an array. The lead wire layer (1021) comprises at least two lead wire combinations. Each lead wire combination comprises a main lead wire (304) and a standby lead wire (305). The main lead wire (304) is connected to the corresponding sensing electrode (3031) and the signal processor (301), and is used for receiving a touch sensing signal generated by the sensing electrode (3031) and transmitting the touch sensing signal to the signal processor (301). The standby lead wire (305) is used for receiving the touch sensing signal in place of the main lead wire (304) when the main lead wire (304) has breakage defects. By means of the display panel and the method for repairing same, the display panel can be repaired when the display panel has breakage defects, and accordingly the defect rate of the display panel can be reduced.
