Disclosed are a neighboring cell handover adjustment method, device, and computer storage medium; in said method, the handover failure rate or handover success rate corresponding to each neighboring cell during UE handover from a serving cell to a neighboring cell is counted; the neighboring cell having a handover failure rate greater than a first threshold value or a handover success rate smaller than a second threshold value is determined to be the neighboring cell to be adjusted; the handover weight of the neighboring cell to be adjusted is adjusted. The technical solution provided by the present invention raises handover success rate and improves network operation quality. |
