PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane resin composition that is excellent in adhesibility to a substrate of resin film such as a polyester film and a polypropylene film, and that allows for formation of a coating film having adequate soft feeling properties and excellent scratch resistance, and to provide a laminate using the urethane resin composition .SOLUTION: An urethane resin composition contains an urethane resin (A) obtained by reacting an urethane resin (a1) having an isocyanate group with a compound (a2) having one or more primary amino groups, silica (B), polyvinyl alcohol (C) and an aqueous medium (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
