A dishwashing machine (1) including a hood (5) slidably carried by a casing (2); the hood is open at the bottom, delimited by at least three lateral walls (7) and by a roof (9); the roof is made as a single panel (10) peripherally provided with a first edge (11) folded upwards at a right angle, and facing a second upper edge defined by the lateral walls; the first and second edges having respective first flat portions (16), immediately adjacent to the roof, in direct contact with each other and mechanically joined to each other by electric welding spots (17) and one of the first and second edges provided with a second portion (19), distal from the roof, folded at an acute angle so as to move away from the other edge and to delimit a channel (20) that is filled with a self-leveling sealing adhesive (21). |
