PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair curler which does not fall down from hair when the hair is wound thereon.SOLUTION: A hair curler 1 includes a number of hair locking portions 13 for locking wound hairs, and has a top part 4 extending in the length direction, and a surface 1 or 2 for winding hairs thereon and a bottom surface 26 for winding the hairs thereon, wherein the surface extends from the top part 4 toward the bottom surface, and the bottom surface 26 is formed to be curved to form an outward protrusion so that the bottom surface forms a surface continued to the surface. |
