PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thin-film solar cell having a high output at an installed location.SOLUTION: Provided is a manufacturing method of a thin-film solar cell formed by sequentially laminating, on a substrate 10, a first electrode layer 20, a photoelectric conversion layer 30 made up of a plurality of layers of photoelectric conversion cells 31 and 32 laminated on one another, and a second electrode layer 40. The thin-film solar cell is manufactured by determining the structure of the photoelectric conversion cells 31 and 32 constituting the photoelectric conversion layer 30 in such a manner that a difference between a gravity center in a wavelength of the spectral sensitivity of the photoelectric conversion layer 30 and a gravity center in a wavelength of a sunlight spectrum incident to an installed location of the thin-film solar cell, which is in a range of a wavelength contributing to the power generation by the solar cell, falls within a predetermined range. |
