PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated wire which prevents lowering mechanical characteristics and occurrence of swelling by winding at the time of coil molding working while enhancing a partial discharge inception voltage, and can suppress erosion of an insulating layer due to partial discharge deterioration.SOLUTION: There is provided an insulated wire 100 in which a first insulating layer 102 is formed by applying and sintering a low dielectric constant insulating coating material that contains any one of a low dielectric constant polyesterimide resin having a dielectric constant of less than 3.8, a low dielectric constant polyamide-imide resin having a dielectric constant of less than 4.0 and a low dielectric constant polyimide resin having a dielectric constant of less than 3.2, as a main component; and a second insulating layer 103 is formed of a partial-discharge-resistant insulating coating material that contains any one of a polyesterimide resin, a polyamide-imide resin and a polyimide resin as a main component, and contains inorganic fine particles as an accessory component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
