PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract a conversation part relating to an action schedule or a treatment schedule by detecting a specific word in conversation, and to register the conversation part as a voice memo.SOLUTION: A method of registering a voice memo relating to a schedule includes the steps of: detecting a start keyword relating to start of recording by analyzing input voice information; extracting starting or stopping voice recording; analyzing the voice information and extracting the information relating to date and time; detecting one or more predetermined end keyword relating to conclusion or end of requirements; and accumulating the recorded voice data as a voice memo by classifying as an action schedule or a treatment schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
