<p>A lens and an bonded body of optical component comprising it in which manufacture and acquisition of desired optical characteristics are facilitated while reducing the size and loss of light due to adhesive intruded between the bonding faces of the lens and other optical element can be reduced. The lens has a lens face including a convex face exhibiting lens action, and a part for bonding other optical component to the lens face formed at a part of the lens face other than the optical path while projecting outward in the direction of the optical axis at least above the vertex of the convex face. Other optical element, e.g. an optical filter, is bonded to the bonding part of the lens using adhesive.</p> |
