PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking control system for an electric lock, which enables the result of a locking/unlocking operation to be known with an image of a visitor, when a resident in the place where he/she has gone performs the locking/unlocking of the electric lock by operating an authentication terminal. SOLUTION: In this locking/unlocking control system for the electric lock, a camera for imaging the visitor, an electric lock controller which connects the electric lock with the authentication terminal for receiving authentication information on the visitor, and a center device on a communication network are connected to an intercom to which an intercom slave unit is connected. When it is determined that the authentication information, which is received by the authentication terminal, is valid, the electric lock controller puts the electric lock into a locked/unlocked state. In this case, an electric locking/unlocking control signal is also sent out to the intercom; the intercom, which receives the electric locking/unlocking control signal, images the visitor by driving the camera; an obtained image is sent out to the center device through the communication network; and the center device, which receives the obtained image, transmits the received image with a prescribed message by specifying a preregistered notice-destination communication address.
