PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimal transfer destination control adjusted to user's real action. SOLUTION: A plurality of transfer destinations with respect to telephone calls made to a user are stored in a position database 7-3 making them correspond to the positional information and time zone information (business hours etc.) of the transfer destinations. This makes a retrieval table TA. When a telephone call to a user A is transferred, the current position of the user A is detected from the position of a portable telephone 6 which the user A carries, and on the basis of this detected current position of the user A, the present time, and the retrieval table TA, a list in which transfer destinations are arranged in the order of high possibility the user A's exists.
