<p>A seat adjusting device for a vehicle capable of preventing a torque rod from falling off. The torque rod (9) is rotatably supported by through holes (10a, 10b) formed in a left side base frame (5b), and rotated relative to the base frames (5a) and (5b) according to the rotations of rear lifter links (7a, 7b). A hook fitting (30) is fitted to the torque rod (9). The hook fitting (30) comprises a first engagement part (31) inserted into the torque rod (9) for engagement with a torsion bar (20), second engagement parts (32, 32) for engagement with the torque rod (9), and a third engagement part (33) formed on the radial outer side more than the second engagement parts (32, 32) for engagement with the left side base frame (5b). The torsion bar (20) is secured to the torque rod (9) through the hook fitting (30).</p> |
