PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of improving insulation performance of a charging section of a mounting board without enlarging a plane size of the board, and a lighting fixture using the light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device 10 includes: a heat radiation member 1; a mounting board 2b arranged on one face side of the heat radiation member 1 and having a charging section electrically connected with an LED formed at the center section on one surface side opposite the side of a heat radiation member 1; an insulating cover 3 for covering side sections of the mounting board 2b and a circumference of the one surface; and a pressing member 4 for pressing the mounting board 2b against the side of a heat radiation member 1 via the insulating cover 3. |
